Corsair & G.Skill DDR4 Ram compatibility

Can I use these two rams in dual channel ?
My configuration:
G4560
MSI B250M PRO-VH

I know that both of them need same speed, timing & voltage. I couldn't find any timing in specs & their latency are different . Will different latency cause a problem?

I have DIMM A1 & DIMM B1 slots in motherboard. Where should I put which ram ??

A2 B2 or the second and fourth slots away from the CPU should be the initial slots.

It is not guaranteed two separate modules can work together, even if they have the same identical specs. It is up to the user to test and find out.
