Corsair Gaming Software - K95 Software problem

On the the software it shows all 4 tabs on top. BUT the "profiles" tab at the top wont let me click on it. How do I open it...It is grey and the others are white and the other 3 are clickable.

"you have to close the software unplug the board .. open the software then plug in the board and it should work .. i unplugged my board like 5 times before it saw my board .. still asks me to update firmware every-time "
