Corsair GS600 vs Seasonic M12II-520 EVO

In my location, they both have a difference of only $2. Although corsair delivers 80watts more, i don't really need it. I just want to choose which one would be better for my system. I heard there are Haswell certified PSUs? Since i'm using an i74770 and R9280x.. Which one would be better? Which one has better build quality, stability etc.? They are both Tier 2 A PSUs but i can't choose which one is better for me.

get the seasonic , it has high grade japanese capacitors the GS600 does not
The Radeon R9-280X requires a psu with 30A on the +12v rail and a 550W psu minimum
perhaps a slightly larger wattage psu for some headroom

Thank you for the answer! I looked up for that model in my location and found one, but it's already a bit out of my budget. do you think it's really necessary to buy a 620w? I used an online calculator and accounted for their max power draws and also simply added the max power draws of every single component myself.. And they all seem to max at 460-480watts. that's 40w below the maximum, and yes it is very close. But do you think it's still alright just in case i won't be able to buy the 620w?

above 550w will give you some headroom , where are you from and what is your budget , may be able to find something else
