Corsair GS700 can handle severe voltage fluctuations?

I see that there are a lot of voltage fluctuations.... So when I'm running my computer, these fluctuations are such that they cause the lights to switch off and start again and I wanted to ensure that can a Corsair GS700 PSU handle these fluctuations and keep other components safe from damage? I have a 360W UPS so I'm not using it with my PC as while gaming if the voltage fluctuates, the PSU gets overloaded and causes my PC to just shutdown........

What hardware are you running that would cause such voltages to fluctuate so much?

typically when you turn the computer on, lights will flicker a bit, and as soon as you start a gaming benchmark they will also flicker. the gs would be much better, but check to make sure you don't have any actual hardware problems (it probably isnt a voltage fluctuation, but rather a power draw (wattage) fluctuation.

Guyz you don't understand that the reason IS NOT MY COMPUTER!!!!! This doesn't happen when I do something or start a game... This happens because the company which supplies power to my city makes some fluctuation and it happens with everyone at least in the colony I live... The PSU if perfectly fine..... (PSU is Awesome I say).... I asked that if some voltages fluctuate, will my PSU keep other components safe from the effect?

That is what my last 2 posts account for. at least with a laptop you run on battery and won't lose everything every time your power fluctuates. Having a desktop in those conditions, no matter how good your psu is, is not a good idea. it is hard on your components to be constantly cut off from power all the time.

There you go wrong again, Brantyn Gerik! I said that the voltage fluctuates, all lights in my house go dim but the computer doesn't have any, ANY effect AT ALL from this. (I maybe forgot to mention this!) So, does a PSU have something like a voltage stablizer built in? (80% is that the answer is no).

"cause the lights to switch off" quoted from your first post.
the psu does not have a voltage stabilizer, but typically has a power capacity so that fluctuations lasting less than say a second do not effect the system. the more power you use, the more likely it will be that the fluctuation in power causes your system to restart due to power loss. so say you were gaming, it is very likely that the power fluctuation in our house would cause adverse affects for your computer like freezing or restarting.
