Corsair H100i & Corsair Link Issue

I am having an issue with my Corsair Link software controlling my Corsair H100i Fans & LED.The link program picks up that that the components are there but I cannot control them at all.

It reads that both fans and the H100i pump are running at 0, when they are clearly still running. I can't even control the unit's LED.
The program used to work perfectly, but all of a sudden it is having this issue.

Any Suggestions?

I have checked the unit's USB cable and it is still connected (but I don't think the components would show up in the Link program if the USB cable was unplugged).

There is a cpu fan speed controller cable that must be plug into the cpu fan header on your mobo. Next there is a long cable that must be plug into a usb header on your mobo. Do check they all plug in securely, including the usb cable. I face similar problem when i first had my h100i and i fix it by unplugging them and replugging it in and reboot pc.
