Corsair H100i Fan control issue

I have a Corsair H100i and they SP120s run at full speed and are ridiculously loud. Can I change the fan speed because SpeedFan and Corsair link wont change it.

If they are plugged into the proper ports on your motherboard it should control them properly.

Corsair link should control them as long as they are connected to the pump it self.

If it does not, I would contact corsair to see if they have a firmware update OR use the motherboard to control them as the above user recommends.

They're plugged into the pump with the splitter, but corsair link still doesn't work.

And Corsair link is installed on your pc and detects the H100 properly?

Very strange. Any chance you just need an update or something. I used an H80i and set a curve in link it took right away(never needed to run the software again after either).

It used to, but it doesn't anymore...

Everything is updated, still nothing.

Make sure the USB header is connected then still to the motherboard. If the software doesn't see it, then it can't control it.

I think you may have to contact Corsair. It sounds like your unit has developed a defect.

In the meantime connect the fans to the motherboard to control them.
