Corsair H100i in NZXT Phantom full tower

I have read that the H100i will fit, however will I be able to keep the top 200mm exhaust fans? Also will that free up space for a side 200mm intake fan? I previously was going to go with the Hyper 212 evo, but want to look into some alternatives.

My specs:
Nzxt Phantom Full tower

I5 3570k (OC as far as I can get it)

Asus P8z77-V LK Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4gb)

Gigabyte Gtx 760

WD 600gb Velociraptor

Seasonic X650 PSU
