Corsair H100i question

I want to setup my H100i at the top of my case as an exhaust. Will it affect performance if i dont go push/pull?is the difference noticeable? was thinking of going pull only with the stock fans on top of the radiator for easier dust cleaning.

You don't need push pull unless you have a thick rad or you have low static pressure fans. Your radiator is thin and the sp120L's are high static pressure fans so you are fine.
