Question Corsair H100i V2 AIO cooler making funny clicking noises after the fans run fast ?

I am trying to diagnose this issue. I have owned my Corsair H100i V2 CPU cooler for appx 6 years now. After the fans have run fast something is making a clicking noise, even when the fans have slowed down. I cant determine if the noise is the pump or the fan(s). I have removed the fans from the radiator and cleaned them, and blown out the radiator with a bit of air. The noise remains. Will this noise be the pump, the radiator or the fans? My next question is, if the fans need replacing what 120mm fans can you recommend? I think the stock fans are SP120L but they have been discontinued. Thanks!

unplug fans, do you still hear it?

aio coolers do not last forever.
The mechanical pump may start to fail or collect debris, causing the noise.
Or, air will intrude through the tubes and the unit must be replaced. After 5 years of use, it probably needs to be replaced.
