Corsair H100i v2 and ASUS Sabertooth Z170 S

I bought a refurbished Corsair 100i v2 pump which came with no manual so I'm not sure on how to install my liquid cooler. I plugged the water pump into the Water Pump header but when I start my computer it tells me that I have to put it into the CPU Header. And also I have a Y header that connects to the pump, do I just connect my to radiator fans to it? Cause the Y header splits to a 3 pin and a 4 pin.
