[SOLVED] Corsair H100i v2(Cpu fan error + thermal throttling)

Hi, I built my own pc about 2 years and I choose the H100i v2 for cooling my cpu(I7 7700k). I had no problems with it, temperatures we're good(65 celsius load), but 1 week ago my pc entered the bios when I tried to turn it on. The cpu temperature was rising quickly and I got a message from the motherboard that said "Cpu fan header error".
Could it be the pump, or something else?

Is the AIO pump running when you power on your system? If not, you're looking towards a whole new AIO.
