You are relying on software UI to tell you if hardware is dead?

Have you checked the pump by listening to it or feeling the tubing? Do either vibrate?

One tube are hot , second normal , radiator is cold , heard a couple of times when you turn on the crackle on cooling block, nothing vibrating

Tap the pump top rather vigorously and tap both coolant lines, see if that dislodges any air bubbles.

HOWEVER - if you do not feel vibration, it is possible the pump isn't spinning. Can you check the header the pump is connected to or move it to a new one and test?

Pump header is conected good with new termal paste, i have preordened Noctua D15 ch next week coming and i will see , its second AIO from Corsair with a promblem in 3 years. next week i will try to Tap , i need pc next days working )) .
