Question Corsair H100x Water Cooler

I have one Cool Laboratory thermal paste and I bought one Corsair H100x Water Cooler. Should I put some Thermal Paste over the CPU?

Not sure its worth the time. The included pre-applied paste is decent stuff and reviews have shown the H100X to be a good cooler.
