Yes, it is compatible. You may have to buy a backplate, but the watercooler will work on your system.

I don't think you are going to need a new bracket, as lga1151 has the same socket size as lga1155, which is compatible.
However, there is a small chance you will need to get one if you can't mount it.
In that case you will need to visit corsair's website and find the right bracket.

Any socket that is 115x is the same size - for example, these are all the same dimensions, just different pin count: 1151, 1155, 1156
