Corsair H110i GTX or NZXT Kraken X61

I'm a little worried about water cooling and these two seem to be the highest end coolers without buying a $800 or something custom loop so which of these liquid coolers has better reviews and less leak reports

The Kraken or EKWB Predator if you can afford it.

Correct me if i am wrong but is the EKWB Predator only for Intel as i was looking at it for my AMD build,
and i would go with the kraken it seem to have great reviews
