Corsair h110igtx fan splitter issue

So everything was running fine, no issue, took things apart to add some fans, put ml140pro fans on outside in push then ml140pro blue leds on the inside as pull, all the sudden the second side of the splitter doesn't want to work, question I have is it safe to run a bunch of splitters on one side of the mail port, or is it ok the bypass the pumps fan header and plug Y spitter into each CPU header, top two to cpu_1 bottom two to cpu_2?

Even better, is it safe to run three fans on four pin splitters and one on a three until I can receive another four pin, was anticipating the pumps splitter to work so I'm short for now.

SOLVED:
Running three 1-2 pwm 4pin splitters, all four fans running without incident.
