So, I installed my h110i over a year ago. Was all running fine, it was visible in the Corsair Link program. Last night I gave the radiator a clean and now the h110i does not show up in the corsair link program.

I updated the program, and now my corsair ram shows up there, and everything else, just not the h110i.

I didn't unplug anything for the cooler, or for anything else. I did a simple clean without touching any settings or plugs.

As it was working fine right before the clean I can't work out what is going on with it. The pump is definitely working, as my CPU is not melting. I've tried scanning for hardware changes too. Not sure what to do to fix this.

No, it doesn't appear to. There is an unknown device in the list however. I tried to do do an update driver on this but it didn't help it to recognise it. As I know the pump is plugged in I am hazarding a guess that this unknown device is the cooler, but I am not sure.

The problem I have with doing an RMA is that this device was functioning perfectly, it was regnoised by both device manager and CL software. All I did was power off the computer and clean some dust off the radiator without unplugging anything except the computers external connections and power. So there is no reason I can figure why it shouldn't have worked exactly as before. If I had unplugged the connections I could understand why it might not be recognised but that isn't the case.

Additionally, the LED works on the pump, and it's still cooling the CPU, so it is working.

I went through device manager, selected install drivers from computer, went down the corsair components inc where there are a few driver options for cooling units, but not for the H110i (it has h100i pro, h100i v2, h115i, h150i, h80i, hydroseries 7289 USB Device etc). It perplexes me that this list doesn't have the driver for my particular unit, but it has it for other related units.

I am tempted to try one of the other drivers, and then maybe I could do an update driver once it "recognises" the device, but I am worried I'll break it if I do that.

Lastly there is no "USB\VID_1B1C&PID_0C07" entry in the regedit so I can't do the regedit work around I've seen mentioned elsewhere.

Ok so I fixed the problem. I don't know why this didn't work before.

Basically I unplugged the USB header and plugged it back in again with the computer off, into the same socket. Then I started the machine, it attempted to install drivers but failed. Navigated to device manager and there was H110iGTX with an error triangle. Chose to update driver, search automatically. Drivers installed, now the device is visible on corsair link.

There is a useful bit of information I caught with this. I could have installed the device manually. The driver it ended up choosing was the "hydroseries 7289 USB Device" which was listed in the corsair drivers I mentioned earlier.

So if someone else has this problem, try install drivers from computer, uncheck the box for compatible drivers, navigate to corsair components inc and select hydroseries 7289 USB Device. That should work hopefully.

Thank you Jimmysmitty for trying to help me out, much appreciated.
