Hey There,

I'm pretty new around here and was just received the H115i from Amazon.

However when linking it up I noticed that the headers connected to the pump that are used to connect the fans to have (Four pins inside) That the fans slot onto.

Well one of the pins is missing inside the pump header, Will it still function correctly?

So if i plug both fans into both the pump headers, They'll still work? Motherboards arriving in like 2 hours, Why i was asking. :)

That is exactly how it SHOULD be. On a fan connector, Pin #3 carries the speed pulse signal from the fan motor back to the mobo header. But that header can only deal with a pulse train arriving from ONE fan - two overlapping trains causes confusion and erroneous readings. So the two outputs to the individual fans are set to ignore the signal from one fan and send back only one. That's why Pin #3 of one of the connectors is missing. It will work just fine.
