Question Corsair H115i Platinum

Hi All,

I just built my first pc

I got the Corsair Obsidian 500D SE RGB case with commander pro and RGB hub

Everything works fine however the CPU cooler the H115i Platinum RGB fans are working and spinning, just no RGB on the fans, i have RGB on the pump head for the cooler but no RGB on the fans
Also the cpu cooler doesnt show on icue software

I have connected all correct cables to commander pro and rgb hub

All fans and ram and cpu pump head is with the rgb and working good and recognised by icue just not the cpu cooler fans has no RGB


Any tips on how to get the RGB for the cpu cooler fans working??

I am having the same issues with my h115 plat and same case. They show up in icue but dont light up. I have tried with commander pro and lightning connector thing and also with the connectors from pump. I have no clue what i should try next

Not seen in Icue may be loose USB connection. is it seen in devices?
With Icue, have you set up type and number of fans in software?
All i can suggest now.
