Sorry if this is poorly structured, I'm currently stuck on my phone for this.

To start things off, I installed my H115i Pro yesterday, but it failed (the pump wouldn't turn on), so I just removed it and stuck my Noctua NH-D15 in. When I got home today, I decided I would grab an old PSU, jump start it, and try seeing if it was possibly the SATA cable I was using, and sure enough... the pump worked.

Now, I'm stuck again. The pump didn't work with a new cable in my current PSU, but it did with the other PSU.

Do note that my current PSU is rated for 550W, and my old one is rated for 650W.

Could power consumption be the issue?

R7 3800X
Zotac Gaming GeForce 2060
Corsair H115i Pro
Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz
MSI x370 Gaming Plus
