Question Corsair H150i radiator fans making annoying high pitched noises?

https://vocaroo.com/173yuHGCOY6t here is the audio recording. You can hear it, kind of sounds like a dial tone... When the fans are not spinning this noise stops as well. It drives me nuts and I don't know what's causing it.

Well if I manually set it to 0 rpm it stops completely, if any increase in speed just makes it more audible.

Where is the radiator installed in the case?

Are the fans blowing air out on the radiator or blowing air into the case?

Also it could be air trapped in your water pump. With the pc and radiator running try tilting your pc from one side to the other
