Corsair H45 compatible and worth it?

Hello, I wanted to ask is the H45 the budget AIO compatible with my i7 7700 non k and b250 pro mobo?
I understand that my CPU is not unlocked and therefore I cant overclock. However Im just interested in the lower temperatures that I might get over the hyper 212. So, is it worth it? I have seen that it performs better than the H60. So, will it work with Kaby Lake and my motherboard? and is an budget AIO worth it?

The hyper 212 is a better cooler than the H45.

In my opinion anything smaller than a 240mm radiator, simply won't be enough to cool an intel core i7 7700k, especially when it is overclocked. I would spend extra money on something like a cryorig or noctua to ensure that $350 cpu is adequately cooled.

Will it work , yes but it's a step down from a 212.
