Hello all, I have had a 6600k in an Asrock Z170M Extreme4 with a Corsair H55 AIO hyrdo cooler, for about 6 months now. I have ran it at about 4.0 Ghz, and have had a few BSODs along the way, but never thought much of it.

I have recently started trying to OC it, but have run into a few issues. I started with 4.2Ghz at 1.25v, but I kept on getting BSOD after a few minutes inside the OS. So then I tried using the Asrock predetermined settings, but that causes the voltages to jump all over the place, as high as 1.42v. So I finally started manually changing stuff and I am not "stable" at 4.4Ghz - 1.37v. The problem is that my temps are as high as 102 degrees C when running the intel burn test at max.

I have tried to troubleshoot the corsair AIO, and I went into the BIOs and set the header the pump is plugged into (CPU Header1) to run at max speed. I have also upped the speed the radiator fan is at. The fan is set up to pull cool air outside the case, into the radiator. The ambient temps inside the case are not high at all, just the CPU under stress temps.

I am ordering new thermal paste, and a 3 pin to molex cable to hook the H55 pump directly to the PSU for full power.

Another issue I have had, has been that the RAM I have becomes unstable with XMP enabled. I have G.Skill Ripjaws DDR-2800 2x8GB sticks, set up in dual channel, in the primary RAM channel. I get BSODs for memory exceptions and programs crash with memory errors, when it is OCed. This was the case before I OCed my CPU. I looked into it a month ago and my Mobo was only showing 1 of the sticks. I flashed the latest BIOS and it started showing all 16GB.

Looking for advice and insight. Thanks.

Below is my build.

I think the problem is the power supply. I've checked around and I am way below recommended wattage for what I am running/doing. I am going to upgrade to a 750W PSU today and get back to everyone.
