Corsair H60 needed for A8-7650k?

As the title suggests I've been thinking about getting a Corsair H60 to cool my CPU (7650k) which is currently on a stock cooler.
I want to do this:

A) For extra cooling as I'm overclocking the CPU. So far its gotten to 4.1 GHz (base 3.3GHz) at about 40C idle and 60-65C after playing games for about half an hour or so so im pretty happy but I'd like to get it a bit higher (though that isn't too necessary) with slightly lower temps. The max temp for the 7650k is 72C according to a quick google search so im not too comfortable have it be within 5C of that.

B) It would be much quieter as the stock cooler is ridiculously loud even at low rpm.

C) Not too important but I find water coolers like this look much nicer than air coolers so there's that.

I'm just wondering if its worth the €70 (here in Europe) to get this or if I would be better off getting a Hyper 212 Evo for about half the price. From what I've heard the h60 only has a tiny bit more cooling capability than the 212 but it would be louder and wouldn't look as nice in my opinion.

CPU: AMD A8-7650k (stock cooler)
GPU: Gigabyte 1050 ti OC
MOBO: Gigabyte ga-f2a68hm-hd2

I find that the one water system I have is louder than the the one Hyper 212 Evo I have, but that could be the case with top mounted radiator fan for the Corsair H60. You can't get quieter than the Hyper 212 Evo buried in a good computer case.

A8 will not push enough power to test either solution. Both will be reusable on your next build.

Update: If you are pushing your A8 OC with enough voltage to warm up your VRM and you do go with water make sure you have a case fan blowing over the MB parts or good front to back case airflow. The Hiper212 doesn't do a great job of cooling the MB, the H60 doesn't even try. The stock AMD radial cooler will throw more air over the MB then either.

Yeah i think i might go for the 212 Evo, though theres also the Cryorig H7 and the Be quiet Pure rock which might be worth having a look at.

I'd have the radiator at the back of the case if I were o get it and some people seem to say it's super quiet some pretty loud. Though I think at this point it makes more sense to go air given its about the same for half the price. And as you said Im planning on using whichever I choose for my next build (hopefully upgrading CPU to ryzen, though for that I'll need new MOBO and RAM)

I'll definitely be buying an extra fan as an intake from the side anyway but if im going with something like the 212 Evo I'll also buy an exhaust for the back.
