Corsair h60 or amd wraith stealth

Just got in all my parts for my new build, I have the ryzen 3 1200 as my cpu and I’m gonna want to try and overclock it to at least 3.8, I hear the stock cooler would probably be good enough for that but I also have an h60 aio liquid cooler that I bought awhile ago, y’all think the h60 would hold out better or barely much compared to the amd wraith stealth that comes with the ryzen 3. I plan to use a push/pull if I end up using the h60.

Obviously the H60 would be better for OC'ing. But you may not get any more clock speed either way, since most max out at 3.9GHz. I've got a H60 on my 1600X.
