Hello, it's me once again... so my H60 liquid CPU cooler it's making noises on the pump and i was wondering what could it be or if it's bad (you know, worse than making noises of course)

I have uploaded a video on YouTube so you can see and hear:

Thank you for your time and pacience, i will grant more information if needed.

Solution
Yeah, there's so many variations of the AIO coolers available now, that there is no one-set-rule for how to wire them. The simple design ones like the H60 should always be pump to full +12v header and fan to CPU FAN header.

With the more sophisticated AIOs (ex: H100i) you need to follow the manufacturer's recommendation.

I also set my rad fan to push fresh outside air thru the rad for better cooling (rear mount). But only if I have a top fan for exhaust.
I couldn't really detect the pump noise over the fan noise, but I'll take your word that the pump is noisy. I would suspect that either the coolant has escaped, or that the pump itself is going bad. Bearing maybe. Impeller maybe. I have/had two H60s and the pumps were/are dead silent.

If temps are still normal, the coolant probably isn't the issue.

Hello, well, my temps are nice (during heavy tasks like editing or playing videogames, it won't go over 50 C°) and in some rare cases it didn't do it for a moment and then started again. Asumming it's not going bad (i hope so! it's only a few months old) i would guess it's the configuration i have on Smart Fan 5,and since i don't really understand a lot about the configuration of an AIO on the software side, i'm guessing i messed up something :/ :/

Pump wired to the CPU_FAN header and the rad is wired to SYS_FAN1 header

Wire the rad fan to the CPU FAN header just like the stock cooler's fan was. Then be sure the pump is on any fan header that you set to full (100%) speed. The pump wants to run at full RPM for best performance and longevity. The Corsair manual fails to note that.

That's the way my H60s are wired. The rad fan will then speed up/slow down as per the CPU temp. Not sure if that will solve the noise issue. But that is how it should be wired.

Finally a clear answer about that, because the last time i was checking on the internet about the wiring, it was all kinda messy and confusing. Thank you once again for the information and i will hope that actually fix the noise.

Solution
Well, it turned out i selected the best solution a while ago since it was very useful, i did not know almost anything about water cooling before all the posts above.
Yet, i can finally say that after months of trying to ignore the problem and thinking about buying a new water cooler, i have conclusively found the ACTUAL problem with the noise, as it turns out, it was the GRAPHICS CARD, and not the water cooling itself. Graphics card fan is loosed, which explains why the noise sounded more fan bound.
Anyways, thank you all again for your answers, and sorry for the miss, it was my fault.
