Corsair H60 vs. CM V8?

What is better in terms of cooling an overclocked CPU, a Corsair H60 or a Coolermaster V8? Is air-cooling better or worse than Corsair's closed water loop?

V8 is better.

Though I'd suggest getting the V6GT instead of the V8. The V8 was a bit too heavy and could break boards.
