No not really based on this comparison but you might check others to confirm, additionally make sure you read the set up to the bench tests in making comparisons.
That depends. On average, they perform about the same. The h60 will fit any case with a 120mm fan port. The Hyper212 will only fit cases with enough width to allow for the tower. The 212 can also have clearance issues with some ram setups, the h60 doesn't. The h60 is also a benefit in small form cases as it vents CPU heat directly out of the case instead of circulating it. The 212 has 0 chance of leaks. The 212 requires 1 fan header, the h60 1 header plus either another header for the pump or a Molex connection.
Both have +'s and -'s, so its your choice as to what suits your needs and tastes.
The case I have is a Corsair 750D, will the Hyper 212 Evo fit in it? And is the Evo compatible with Haswell CPU's and is the mounting bracket included in the box? (Sorry I am somewhat new to PC building)
