Question Corsair H60

I have an i9-9900K processor and have paired it with the Corsair H60, will this be enough for streaming at a reasonable temperature? I don't plan on overclocking or playing any games with extremely high graphics (i always play on low settings since it feels smoother) the GPU is the RTX 2080 if it helps assess the situation

With a 9900k you are going to want a more substantial cooler.
Additionally, if all youre doing is playing games on low, this system is a massive waste of money.
