Will the Corsair h80i gt fit socket 1151?

I did take the trouble to look actually but I saw an answer here that said "If it fits 1150 it also fits 1151."
that's why i'm asking to make sure.

The 1151 socket is the same dimensions as a 1150 socket. You are fine.
