Question Corsair HS65 Surround only playing from one side

Hello, I don't if I should post here or where but yeah, so basically my Corsair HS65 Surround just randomly started playing from one side, maybe the jack is broken or something I don't know but If I go to options and make it fully play on left side I can hear stuff but not that loud but if I do it in the middle I can only hear it on the right side, so yeah just wanted to ask what might be the problem. Had this headset little over the year now.

The HS65 Surround has an USB driven sound card, have you tried manually uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for your headset?

If that doesn't work, reinstall the chipset/USB drivers, then make sure your platform's motherboard BIOS is on the latest version. Then manually install the drivers for your headset sourced from here;

in an elevated command, assuming you're on Windows OS, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
