[SOLVED] Corsair HX1000 Premium Cables

Hello peeps!

So im looking to embelish my upcoming build, and I cant seem to understand through corsair's website if the premium threaded cables they offer are compatible with the PSU i ordered.

I ordered the HX1000 Platinum.

They have some weird table prefaced by the cables supporting only Type-4, but the table seems to show that NONE of their PSUs have all type 4.. I dont get it.

According to the compatibility table, your HX Platinum serie PSU should be OK with the Type 4 cable.

Maybe im having a brain fart.. but i dont understand that table at all haha.. the HX PLatinum has a bunch of red dots down the table which indicate type 3??

"The only difference between Type 3 and Type 4 cables is the pinout of the 24-pin ATX cable; all other cables (SATA, PCIe, etc) are the same. "

The chart is consistent with that. All Type 4 cables and all Type 3 cables except for the 24-pin ATX cable work with the PSU.
