Question Corsair hx1000 variants

Hi

Can someone please detail the different hx1000 models. There seems to be different ones with different coloured badges.

For example a hx1000 with a grey badge then a hx1000w with a blue badge.

The Grey labelled unit was released in 2017 while the blue labelled unit was released in 2008. The blue labelled unit.

Is the grey one a platinum one? I'm looking at buying a used one and one seller is saying about that the one they are selling is the platinum one Vs one on eBay which is a blue badged one. They are saying there grey one is better.
