I have built a new system. The PSU, Corsair HX1000i is designed to spin fan only if the system need to. I went through manual and one of the things to do is to test PSU against a faulty fan. It is called self-test feature. I did that test and the fan does not spin :/ I mean I disconnected everything but main AC power source. Flip the switch to position "I", pressed the button to run self-test feature and the fan was supposed to spin for short time. It did not. To me it is faulty.

Before I go through customr service to start RMA, I would like to know if anyone else had the same problem and I missed something. Thanks

I connected usd to motherboard but haven't installed link. I'll try. thanks.
What's the difference between link and iCue?

I have just installed link. I found the option to run a fan and it's working :)

PS. I don't know why that self-test feature which you can find descritpion of in manual does not doing anything.
