Rm1000i seems to have better ripple results. And seems to be quieter compared to hxi. Also Is there a website that i can find the model number for the fans both units use incase if i want to buy a spare fan to replace in the future?

Also i m considering buying hx1200i because of the %40 zero rpm mode, not that i need that much power. So the noise they make is the most important factor for me.

So what should i buy?

Usually something that's above 25dB will get registered as a constant buzz for most ppl. So my suggestion is if it's below 25dB, go for the model with the longest warranty/fan life.

Both the rm and hx are excellent units. You won't find any noticeable difference in overclocking stability until you are working with 350w+ Power draw. Even then, your mobo vrm will be the first thing to check for stable voltage.
