Hi Good Day,

i have MSI GTX 760 which has 8pin + 6pin power connector.

and also i have Corsair HX750, which has (2) 4+4cpu & (2) 6+2pci-e connector.

Question: Is it ok to plug my 4+4cpu into 8pin gpu power connector.

Your Immediate reply is highly Appreciated,

thanks

edgar

No - Please use pcie connectors for GPU, not a CPU connector. That PSU has more than enough
pcie connectors(4 - 6+2pcie connectors includeded with PSU), use them.
Are you mistaking a 6+2 pcie for a 4+4?
Even so, use 1 6+2 in the 6pin port & the other 6+2 in the 8 pin port.

actually i use the TWO (2) pci-e slot in my psu to power my GPU, but i have another GPU card to make them SLI.. im scared to plug them into my 4+4cpu slot. maybe i might break something.

Hi - That PSU comes with four 6+2 pcie connectors, enough for SLI. The 6+2 can be used as a 6 for those ports.
So, unless you lost a pcie connector you are good to go with what was included with the PSU.
