Which one offers best cooling under load ?

I am going for a new build and I'll use it for 8700k overclocking.

Using the Corsair Crystal 570x case

They will perform extremely similarly. Corsair has overall better reviews by a bit and I think the included fans are a little better. Either way they will perform within a couple of degrees within eachother since they are both 280mm AIOs.

And will i be able to mount the 280mm radtion in the front of the corsair 570x case without removing the front x3 rgb fans ?

A 280 radiator is not the same as a 360, assuming your 3 front fans are 120mm.

A 280 is 2x140mm fan size. A 360 is 3x120mm fan size. You might wish to confirm you have fan mounts for 140mm...some cases do, some do not.
