It looks like a tight fit, I would get the H110 or the H110i GT instead.

But would these coolers fit an intel 1150 socket?? its for a Z97 sabertooth mark 1, and a intel i7 4790k chip

I would hope so, they are very new and I know for sure that the H110 supports LGA 1150.
