Hello, I've had this for about 2 years now and the fans are making clicking noises under high fan usage mainly gaming. I know it's under warranty, but I was hoping to see if there are replacement fans that I can get that are much quieter? If this is possible that would be great or is there no choice but to buy a new radiator with quiet fans? Really dislike noise from my case and just want to know what my options are. Thanks so much for any responses! Oh, this is used to cool a i7-12900kf at 3.6ghz bought at the same time!

Well, depending what size rad you have, you either need new 120mm or 140mm high static pressure fans. Any would actually do. But fan should be high static pressure one (usually identifiable due to wide fan blades), since such fan has the power to push (or pull) air through the rad.

Though, do note that you can not have good CPU cooling with quiet operation.
Either you get good CPU cooling and high noise. Or poor CPU cooling and quiet operation. Can't have both at the same time, that is impossible. Especially when using AIO (since it has rad with severe airflow restrictions).
Only option for great cooling + virtually silent operation is with cryogenic fluids. But with ambient air cooling - it can't be done.
