Corsair K70 Key problem

So, I have had my K70 (non RGB, Blue Keys) for just under a year now and really love it. However I have one problem. I would say I use my PC for 5ish hours a day however around once a week my W key will just stop responding. To fix it I have to take the key cap off and put it back in again.

Has anyone heard of an issue like this before as a search online is yielding nothing.

There's a 2-year warranty on the keyboard, and if you have had it for less than a year, I would contact Corsair to see if they will replace it before the problem potentially gets worse.
