Corsair K70 keyboard usb cable came with some black stuff on it?

Should I be worried? I ordered this new straight from Corsair's website.

Looks like its scuffed, I wouldn't worry but it would concern me if this keyboard was actually new and not refurbished.

Second why are you buying form Corsair directly? You can get them cheaper from a retailer like Amazon or Newegg 90% of the time.

lol maybe they made a mistake and sent me a refurbished 1..

Corsair had a 40-50% off on some keyboards the other day, which was why I ordered this.

maybe I'll contact Corsair and see if I can get it replaced

Oh ok, and yeah, there souldnt be anything on there unless when the board was tested the person really couldnt get it in the usb port.

Corsair sell stuff for way too much on their site like most PC part retailers that sell directly themselves in the UK as far as I know
in the UK Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2x8GB 2666Mhz is over £100 and I payed LESS THAN £60 also the K70 RGB Rapidfire last year was like £150 and I got it for £120 and my M65 Pro RGB FPS is worth over £50 and I payed £37.49 also Cablemod Pro series full braided cable set (for the Corsair RMx/RMi series PSU not custom ordered) is around £114.99 + shipping and I got t from a local retailer for £91.99 with £10 shipping for less than the Cablemod website excluding shipping
