Which one is the better mechanical keyboard?

This is more of a preference and need, if you want an easy to use right out of the box with better lights, get Razer. If you are like a profession programmer or something, get the K70 because it has some advanced/complicated software that you'll have to spend time on to get it working. I have the Chroma, and obviously I bought it for the lights, so it is really down to what you want the most.

There isn't exactly a "best", again, it is more to what you want from your keyboard, more features/options for programming or do you want awesome lights and don't use that many features. They say the K70 is built in a better quality, aluminum or something, the Razer one is plastic. But I bought Razer because they have such cool lighting features, like there was an awesome update to Razer Synapse last night that added a ripple effect to the keyboard. Every time you press a key, it ripples across the whole keyboard like a ripple. So if you do a lot of programming and editing, I'd get the K70, but if you just do gaming and some casual things, I'd get Razer.

Sure, no problem, , now if you want the "satisfying clicky" sound, get the normal version, but if you want it to be a bit quieter, get the stealth edition.
