Corsair K70 RGB Help

Hi. I just recently bought a Corsair K70 RGB and it only partially works. When I plug in the keyboard, it lights up and most buttons works (keys, volume, ect). BUT I cannot get to be able to change colors! I also have the Corsair Sabre RGB. The mouse is recognized by Corsair's program: "Corsair Utility Engine", but not the keyboard. In Devices and Printers, both are shown. What am I missing? What should I do?

Are you connecting by USB 3.0 or 2.0?
If USB 3.0, then use one connector (the one with the keyboard icon).

With USB 2.0, plug in the connector with the two arrows icon first, and the connector with the keyboard icon second.

I've tried both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0, nothing still. I tried USB 2.0 by plugging in the arrow one first then keyboard but still nothing either.
