Hello, for some reason my corsair K70 RGB has stopped working,windows does not detect it at any stage. I have uninstalled both the keyboards software and driver to try and get windows generic keyboard driver to take over, however this did not work. i have also plugged the keyboard into another computer and i get the same issue. The keys light up but it is completely unresponsive,even the on board brightness button does not work.
I have had the keyboard for a few months and has been very looked after, so I do not know the cause. I did however turn the PC off the previous time I used it by the wall socket (after a normal windows shutdown). Though i do not know if this could have effected it.
currently using the onscreen keyboard so typing this took some time lol, FYI I'm running windows 10.
