No wonder why I saw the Vengeance 2000 drop in price dramatically last week. I was going to buy once today then this article comes out - now I need to figure out how much of a difference the improved frequency response makes. I hope we see comparative reviews in the next few weeks...
The article says the new keyboard has rubber dome keys, not mechanical. And Corsair's mechanicals have red switches - they don't click. I'm typing this on a K60.
My EarForce X41 I use for Xbox and PC gaming is getting old, looking to get a totally wireless headset, too bad none here, I wouldve tried it. Turtle Beach has one coming out next month, only problem you can't easily replace AAA batteries...

As said, the 2100 series is wireless.
I love my Vengeance 1500s. But these look a bit softer. Might have to pick up a new set of Vengeance V2s so long as they are not USB based.
