Corsair LED strips not working

So I got corsairs lighting node pro, led strips, the hub, and some rgb ll 120mm fans. Everything is working fine except for the LED strips. I tried switching the cables onto a different channel and tried doing some effects on ICUE but nothing is happening.

If you can get your fans to work with iCUE, the LED Strips should be the same (assuming they're Corsair LED Strips). They plug directly into the Lighting Node Pro for power and data. If they're not lighting up with iCUE, try quitting the software to see if they light up after. If they do, then they're not broken at least. You could send a couple pictures of your connections and software configuration if you'd like for someone to look over.
