Corsair Link Can't Control Fan Speed

**This is my first time using Corsair Link**

I'm using the Corsair Link 4, with the H80I GT cooler, and one of my fan was automatically set to run at 1800rpm+ (it is currently set between 1900 ~ 2000).
It is extremely loud and it is bothering my family so I want to set the fan speed asap.

How do I configure it so that the fan runs at a lower RPM?
Also, if you know of any good Corsair Link 4 tutorials or how-tos, post the link please.

Here is a picture of my Corsair Link Homescreen:

Edit:
Does anyone know why my screen is different from this person's screen

Solution
Well normally the 4 pin fan you should be able to auto control while the 3 fan runs at max unless you have a fan controller. It sounds to me you may have a defective kit and I would assume it's the pump section since it's going to control the fans. Dumb question but do you have the corsair link cable connected to the USB header? With out that it's not going to be able to see and/or control the fans.
Are your fans 4 pin fans? because if they are 3 pins, you can't control them unless you have a fan controller block.
The fourth pin on the fan allows for PWM control, letting you change the speed through software. This is most likely the issue here.
If you want your fans to run at a lower RPM, lower the voltage in your BIOS to control what speed they run at. Requires a bit of percentage maths, but works fine.

Yeah, I've connected both SP120mm fan into the fan connectors that comes from the pump. Idk if this changes anything but, one of the fan connectors has 4 pin, while the other one is 3 pin. I tried switching the fan that keeps running at 1900RPM+ to the 4-pin connector to see if I could adjust the fan speed, but no luck.

Could it be the fan itself?

It is connected, but I haven't tried re-plugging it back into the USB header.
