Hello everyone first time posting here. I cleaned my PC yesterday and did a fan upgrade (Corsair ML 120 and 140 Pro LED) Everything after install and clean up starts and runs properly. I also have a (Corsair H100i V1) and that is also running . Since I first installed a few years back I never really went into the software (Corsair Link) I did only once to set it up. So since I upgraded the fans to the H100i I decided to download the latest version of (Corsair Link) . When I open the program Corsair link does not see or show H100i . I do see Mother board, cpu, gpu, memory and timing .
I don't see my drives (2x SSD and 1x mechanical) or my cooler H100i . Can some one please help with this issue. Thank you.

Thank you for the response. I'm using the latest Link version . After my post I did disconnect and reconnect the usb wire still the same issue Link does not see the H100i .

Downloaded USBDeView . It shows port has a green dot also its highlighted in green , connected vendor id 1b1c and product ID 0c04 . Product ID missing 3c.

That's quite odd. That's for a "CoolitDevice" but you should have something a bit more specific. Can you export the listing?

Do you see anything in Device Manager with an error?

It may be worthwhile to also try a reinstall of Link.

How do I export listing? I did not find any errors in device manager . I have uninstalled and reinstalled Link several times. Thank you for your help.

After posting above response I decided to do a clean uninstall using (IObit Uninstaller) of all Corsair link files. I restarted PC after uninstall was completed and then downloaded Link from Corsair website . All working properly H100i s now recognized. Thank you so much for your help.
