Hi.

I've upgraded my PC to Windows 8.1 Pro and Corsair Link is not detecting the fans and the water blocks LED colour can't be changed. I've tried plugging the USB 2.0 cable into a different Motherboard header, its not solved the problem. I'm aware the H100i software has problems with Windows 8.1, and there's some YouTube videos http://youtu.be/YIt5osAklvs with a fix, but it doesn't help. Ceip under registry is only listing the following;

(Default) REG_SZ (value not set)
DeviceInformation REG_DWORD 0x00000000(0)
TroubleshooterRootCauseld REG_DWORD 0x00000000(0)

No other information is listed, so I'm unable to fix this in Regedit. Can anyone else offer a solution.

I have had no end of problems with my H100i running in Windows 7. One thing I found that helped was uninstalling all the software and the dongle driver then rebooting with the mini USB end of the cable unplugged from the pump. Once you are into windows plug in the end of cable back into the pump and reinstall the software.

If not that then try installing the beta software as I think they are working towards a fix with Windows 8 in it
