The fans are moving, but not very fast; cpu temp is idling at 26c. Installed as directed, connected to usb header properly. Windows 10, can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Edit: I am able to change the fan speed via the config panel, however Corsair link still says they are at 0 rpm.

Check your device manager. One of the human interface devices may be disabled.

Why would that be the case? I have no idea but I've seen this problem enough times to see the problem I mentioned cause this problem often. If one is disabled, enable and restart your PC.

I'd also try reinstalling the CL software. Some older versions seem to have this issue pop up.

Unfortunately, if you Google this issue, there's about 10,000 threads on the issue and about 100 different ways that it's been solved. The good news is that I rarely see it end in an RMA.
